At OD Manpower Private Limited, we strive to provide excellent services to all our clients. However, we understand that there may be instances where a refund is necessary. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds will be processed.

Eligibility for Refunds:
Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

Service Not Delivered: If the service you booked has not been delivered or we have not provided any option due to our error or inability to provide personnel, a full refund will be processed of registration amount Rs 999 .
Service Cancellation by Us: If OD Manpower Private Limited cancels a service before it commences, you are entitled to a refund.

Non-Refundable Fees

Registration Fees: Any advance or deposit fees paid to secure a service are non-refundable if we have provide any option for you.
Short Notice Cancellations: If you cancel a service within 30 days of contract period for 24 hours service then the salary of the house helper charged in day basis Rs 849/day and the rest amount will be refund after calculation. No Refunds for Completed Services.

Once a service is delivered for part time/full day service, Our one time agency charges Rs 7000 will  not be refundable. We can give replacement within 4 months contract period if need.

 

Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Submit a written refund request to refund@odmanpower.com within 2 days of the issue.
Include the reason for the refund request and any supporting evidence (e.g., service issues or errors).
Once we receive your request, we will review it and respond within 2 days. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.
