OD MANPOWER PRIVATE LIMITED, a company incorporated under the laws of India, operates the website www.odmanpower.com for domestic helper placement and payroll-managed services.


REGISTRATION & REQUIREMENT CONFIRMATION


To confirm your requirement, a non-refundable registration fee of ₹999 must be paid. After confirmation, our team may take approximately 3–7 working days to arrange and shortlist suitable helpers based on your requirements and availability.


SELECTION PROCESS


Shortlisted helper profiles may be shared with the client through phone call, WhatsApp, online meeting, or direct interview arrangement. Maximum 3 suitable profiles/interviews may be arranged for selection.

Sharing personal contact details with the helper during the selection process shall be considered as confirmation of selection.


PAYROLL MANAGED SERVICE
(LIVE-IN & FULL-DAY SERVICE)


Under Payroll Managed Service, OD MANPOWER PRIVATE LIMITED manages helper coordination, salary handling, replacement support, and service continuation.

A) LIVE-IN (24 HOURS) SERVICE

Live-In service pricing starts from ₹15,000/month and may increase depending on workload, family size, duties, timing, accommodation conditions, and additional responsibilities.

B) FULL-DAY SERVICE

Full-Day service pricing starts from ₹13,000/month and may increase depending on working hours, duties, workload, and additional requirements.

For Payroll Managed Services:

• Monthly service payment must be paid in advance at the beginning of each service cycle.
• Service continuation depends upon timely monthly payment clearance.
• Registration charges are non-refundable.
• Monthly service charges once paid are non-refundable after service commencement.
• Replacement support will remain active only if all dues/payments are cleared on time.
• OD MANPOWER PRIVATE LIMITED will coordinate helper replacement and service continuity based on availability.


STANDARD PLACEMENT / CUSTOMER PAYROLL MODEL


Under Standard Placement Service, the helper works directly under the client’s supervision and payroll.

For Part-Time and Full-Day Placement Services:

• A one-time non-refundable placement/consultancy fee of ₹7,000 must be paid on the helper’s joining date.
• This plan includes 4 months replacement support with maximum 3 replacements.
• Salary shall be paid directly by the client to the helper.
• Day-to-day supervision, attendance, leave handling, and salary management shall remain the responsibility of the client.
• Consultancy charges and registration fees are non-refundable.


REPLACEMENT POLICY


Replacement requests are generally processed within approximately 7 working days depending on helper availability.

Clients are requested to inform OD MANPOWER PRIVATE LIMITED at least 10 days in advance if the helper is leaving permanently and replacement support is required.

Replacement support may not be provided in the following situations:

• Salary reduction after joining
• Increase in workload beyond agreed job role
• Misbehavior, harassment, or unsafe work environment
• Non-payment of helper salary or company dues
• Major change in job responsibilities after selection


CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES


Before placement, the client must clearly explain the job description, duties, salary, timing, accommodation conditions (if applicable), and work expectations.

Clients must maintain a safe, respectful, and professional working environment for the helper.

The client must not force the helper to perform duties outside the agreed job role without mutual understanding.


HELPER LEAVE & TEMPORARY ABSENCE


Helpers are generally entitled to 2 paid leave days per month.

If a helper is temporarily absent due to illness, emergency, or personal reasons and confirms rejoining, replacement may not be immediately provided.

If the helper does not return within 7 days, replacement support may be requested.


VERIFICATION & LIABILITY


OD MANPOWER PRIVATE LIMITED makes reasonable efforts to verify candidate identity and available background information before placement.

However, OD MANPOWER PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be held responsible for any civil dispute, misconduct, theft, damages, financial loss, or criminal activity committed by the helper after joining.

Clients are advised to maintain appropriate household safety and security practices.


ADVANCE SALARY / MONEY / PERSONAL LOANS


If the client voluntarily provides advance salary, money, gifts, goods, or personal loans directly to the helper, it shall be entirely at the client’s own discretion and responsibility.

OD MANPOWER PRIVATE LIMITED does not recommend providing large advance payments or personal loans to helpers.

OD MANPOWER PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be responsible for recovering, refunding, or compensating any such amount in case of dispute, resignation, absconding, or non-return by the helper.


MARKET SALARY VARIATION


Helper salary expectations may change depending on market demand and working conditions.

During replacement, it may not always be possible to arrange a helper at the exact same salary as the previous helper. However, we will make reasonable efforts to match the client’s preferred budget whenever possible.


DIRECT HIRING RESTRICTION


Any direct hiring, transfer, or private arrangement with a helper introduced by OD MANPOWER PRIVATE LIMITED outside the agreed service structure may result in cancellation of replacement support and service benefits.


COMPANY ROLE


OD MANPOWER PRIVATE LIMITED acts as a service facilitator and coordinator between clients and helpers.

For Payroll Managed Services, helper coordination and salary handling are managed by OD MANPOWER PRIVATE LIMITED.

For Standard Placement Services, the client shall become the direct employer/supervisor of the helper after joining.


JURISDICTION


All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Odisha, India only.


ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS


By hiring a helper introduced by OD MANPOWER PRIVATE LIMITED or by submitting any form on this website, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the above terms and conditions, regardless of whether a physical signature has been obtained.
